We will however cover all expenses associated in returning the exchanged item(s) or in providing a credit voucher Goods purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged at any of our stockists Belanci delivers all parcels via Australia Post. We will send to all Australian addresses (excluding PO boxes). All parcels must be signed for upon receipt. Parcels are generally delivered between the hours of 8am and 5pm Eastern Standard Time. In circumstances where the addressee is unavailable for signing, parcels will be re-directed to the nearest Australia Post outlet for collection.
